Sam Fishman
Sam’s real estate career began in 2008 when he founded S&N Property Preservation. Sam and his team focused on servicing distressed residential family assets. S&N serviced 200+ homes weekly until 2012, when Sam joined BDMG as COO. For 7 years, Sam directly oversaw the day to day operations in turning distressed and under performing assets into well run profitable sites. Under Sam’s watch, BDMG grew from 870 units to over 4800. Throughout his time at BDMG, Sam has developed a reputation for his ability to consistently complete large scale capital expense projects on time and under budget.
In 2019, Sam left BDMG to create Greengate Management, a boutique real estate management firm. Since its founding, Sam has overseen acquisition, rehab, and ongoing asset management of his 2,600+ unit portfolio.

Rena Myers
Rena began her career in property management in 2010, when she joined BDMG Management as their Executive Office Manager. Quickly, Rena became a Portfolio Manager, and soon took an active role in both accounting and company wide operations. As BDMG grew, so did Rena, soon managing inspections and site audits as well. Rena's unique skillset set the tone for much of BDMG's operations.
In 2019 Rena joined Sam to build Greengate Management. Rena is an intangible asset overseeing accounting, finance, along with day to day leasing and management operations.
CFO
Zalman began his real estate career at Legacy Residential, starting in collections and quickly rising to Regional Manager, where he oversaw 2,500 units and led major development and renovation projects.
April 2025 Zalman joined Greengate Management as Vice President of Operations. Zalman now leads renovations, maintenance, leasing, and day-to-day site operations, while also driving acquisitions, systems improvement, and company growth behind the scenes. His hands-on style and strategic mindset help power Greengate’s continued success.
